Evolution Time Lapse Painting

Thanks to Lauren Ritz, Evolution, Addict and Maxx Fish for putting together a great night of live painting and music. Mat the Alien was playing some crazy music and I was lucky enough to be given a 6’ x 4’ canvas to paint along side many talented artists. I painted with oils and was able to complete my piece from start to finish in about 5 hours. Fun times.

Makeup+Fashion+Photos=Fun

The lovely lady would be Chantelle Pellerin wearing her own designs that will hopefully make there way onto the Fashion Exposed runway. All makeup was done by Chrystal MacLeod. I was lucky enough to shoot the photos. I am pulling a lot of influence from my photography into my tattoo art. A big thanks to Anastasia and Chad Chomlack as well as Mark Gribbon for inspiring me to further explore the possibilities of photography.

Yesterday was a fun day at my studio. We had Mark Gribbon shooting the action while Feet Banks of Mountain Life Magazine investigated the happenings as I worked on one hell of an amazing client. Lots of great people in one place. Thanks to all of you.

Coming Spring 2009 I am pleased to announce my collaboration with Vancouver based clothing line, Mega Destroyer. Mega Destroyer is a Metal worshiping clan of Heathens that were nice enough to invite me to create artwork for their clothing line. Thanks to all of my clients, friends and family for making the first year at my new studio a success. I will be having a few brews on the 31st to celebrate all that is, has been and is about to be.
